MALIBU, Calif. - Mel Gibson pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor drunken driving charge Thursday and was sentenced to three years' probation, the district attorney's office said. well he needs to pay for driving drunk cause that is not acceptible, but the rest of it i think they are blowing out of proportion.
