abc news reports- Sources Say Prosecutors Have Independent Witnesses on Alcohol Claims; Family Believes Geragos Played Role in Alleged Harassment Prosecutors in the child molestation case against Michael Jackson plan to use three independent witnesses to support the allegation that the entertainer gave alcohol to his alleged victim and the boy's siblings, ABC News has learned. In addition, ABC News has learned that relatives of the alleged victim believe that Mark Geragos, Jackson's high-profile former defense attorney in the case, played a role in an alleged conspiracy to harass and intimidate the family.
